This program addresses the manager’s role in a changing, often turbulent environment. 2 Days

This seminar teaches meeting strategies and the role of the manager / facilitator. Focus is on learning how to gain participation and commitment from those attending meetings.

Effective Business Presentations



2 ½ Days

A practice-oriented, skill-building workshop. You will make three or four videotaped presentations, each followed by an instructor-led feedback session and individual tape review. A structured approach will help you focus on the purpose of your talk, and you’ll have opportunities to practice all aspects of delivering a business presentation.

Requirements
It is strongly recommended that participants select two different presentation topics, through discussion with their superior, before attending the course.

Influencing Strategies



2 Days
Perhaps the most difficult aspect of managing in today’s organization is working through people to get things done. This program uses confidential feedback from your peers to evaluate the participants’ current influence skills. You explore your ability to get things done through others over whom you have no direct authority. The seminar makes extensive use of role play, feedback, and self-assessment to help you discover other people at all levels of the organization.
