Lean Six Sigma Simulation



1 Day
This program is recommended for any person or group wanting to improve a process by eliminating non-value-added activities and increase throughput as well as decreasing cycle time. Students will learn the Lean Six Sigma methodology as well as DMAIC methodology in order to conduct Lean events for the purpose of re-designing the process flow for process improvements in a one-day simulation.
