Over 40 years of experience designing, developing and presenting training seminars in five areas: Quality (Six Sigma) Managerial / Supervisory Skill Development and Sales / Marketing to Fortune 500 companies in such industries as: finance telecommunications manufacturing and education. Below are some accomplishments:

• Built and developed four full training departments at Verizon (GTE), GE Real Estate (Quality Dept.) Eutectic and for Department of Housing and Urban Development (H.U.D.).
• Conducted over 1500 quality and management seminars to over 25,000 thousand participants
• Completed over 150 Quality Projects complete with Change Management plans that included change and communication plans as well as influence tactics while at GE and other companies.
• Facilitated over 100 Kaizens (Lean events) for process improvements efforts cutting cycle – time and increasing through-put for a variety of business processes and projects.
• Designed and development over 30 training courses (Performance Appraisal, Managing Change, Effective Supervision, etc.) for GE, Ingersoll-Rand, Verizon and Others.
• Led developed and enhanced a total Sourcing Curriculum for GE Capital’s 30 businesses at GE Capital Corporate
